At Into Music Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
