How long does shipping take for instruments?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For large instruments like pianos or drum kits, please allow up to 10 business days for specialized freight handling.
Do you offer a warranty on gear?
Yes, all new instruments and equipment come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer an optional extended protection plan for accidental damage.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original packaging and like-new condition. Please note that items like reeds, mouthpieces, and in-ear monitors are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Are the instruments inspected before shipping?
Absolutely. Every guitar, bass, and orchestral instrument undergoes a multi-point inspection and basic setup by our in-house technicians to ensure it is play-ready out of the box.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. Shipping costs and import duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of the order.
